This service consists of working with a licensed therapist in achieving consumer's goals. Services include, but are not limited to:
* In-Home or Office Visits * Groups for Children and/or Adults
* Individual/Family Therapy * Anger Management Groups
* Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
SUBSTANCE ABUSE INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (SAIOP)
This service consists of working with a licensed substance professional in achieving recovery goals. Services include, but are not limited to:
* Groups for Children/Adults * Group/Individual Support
* Disease Management * Life Skills * Crisis Contingency Planning
* Strategies for Relapse Prevention
HOME CARE SERVICES
Services include, but are not limited to:
*Personal Care * Companion and Sitter Services * Respite Services
* CAP/DA * Household Duties * Registered Nurse Supervision
* Assist with self-administration of medications ordered by physician
CAP/MR/DD Services
